The beds seemed clean and fine for 1 night, but I wouldn’t bring my family here again. For a hotel that makes you sign a paper that says you will be billed $250 for a mess, they sure don’t seem to use that to clean up. There are tacky stains on the floors, stains on the sofa upholstery- the sofa mattress was DISGUSTING, stained, just a ripped “mattress cover”, otherwise that bed was unmade rendering it unavailable to sleep for the night (no extras in the closet for it, either). The pool water was gray and cold, and the pool area had been a mess. Hot tub is boarded up. Trash, hair extensions and towels strewn about… it was so gross I even felt compelled to tidy it up. Breakfast was ok, but the bare minimum. I tried including photos, but they’re not loading, unfortunately… you’ll have to trust what I say. Did the job for a bed but glad it was only a 1 night stay and to be out of there!

Place is under some sort of renovation and had plastic tarps up on the second floor. AC in room was broken. Staff tried to walk into room without knocking and didn’t speak English when asked to leave. Elevator was questionable

From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff barely acknowledged us. The clerk seemed more interested in his headphones than in assisting guests. Unfortunately, things only got worse from there. Our room was on the second floor, where the entire hallway reeked of what smelled like cat urine or something equally unpleasant. Inside the room, we discovered visible black mold and mildew—an obvious health hazard. When we brought this to the attention of the front desk, explaining that we have allergies and asthma, we were met with indifference and no attempt at resolution. We strongly advise avoiding this location, especially if health and cleanliness are priorities.

Good area. Great service and staff. Good night's sleep. Only issue I had is water was on floor and standing water in soapdish in shower upon check-in. Breakfast was ok. Juice was heavily watered down.
